Production Floor Lead

Are you a natural leader with a knack for keeping production lines running smoothly? Do you thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Production Floor Lead!

As a Production Floor Lead, you will oversee the flow of production and ensure the efficient packaging of dry food products. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, guiding a dedicated team to meet our high standards and deliver quality products on time.

Job Duties:

Leadership & Direction: Oversee production lines, guide Machine Operators, and ensure the accuracy of production paperwork.
Problem Solving: Act as the first point of contact for personnel issues and production obstacles.
Liaison Duties: Serve as the bridge between the production floor and the management team, including the Production Manager.
Quality Assurance: Ensure products meet customer specifications and comply with food safety regulations and GMPs.
Hands-On Support: Assist on the production floor as needed to ensure daily efficiencies are met.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues to maintain a smooth and efficient production process.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 6:45am - 5:00pm

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience leading a team in a manufacturing production environment.
Communication Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively and handle challenges with a professional demeanor.
