Job Description

Facility Maintenance Technician

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for keeping things running smoothly? We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to tackle routine building maintenance, preventative upkeep, and sanitation activities in our bustling food manufacturing facility. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference, we want to hear from you!

Job Duties:

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our facilities operate seamlessly. Your duties will include:

Independently completing facility repairs across multiple locations in Burlington, including exterior ground maintenance
Collaborating with managers to identify and address maintenance needs
Proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they escalate
Maintaining pristine production areas with clean floors
Ensuring strict compliance with food safety regulations and protocols

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 6:45am-5:00pm

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00

Requirements:

Proven experience in maintenance repair, with solid skills in basic electrical and plumbing
Strong project management abilities, including prioritization and meeting deadlines
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a knack for troubleshooting and finding solutions
Clear and effective communication skills
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
A valid driver's license with a clean record
Preferred: 2 years of maintenance experience
