Maintenance Technician | 2nd shift

At our company, we pride ourselves on producing high-quality products and minimizing downtime. As a Machine Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our machines are always up and running. We're looking for someone who is proactive, safety-conscious, and ready to tackle any challenge that comes their way.
Job Duties:
  • Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and service on production machines to keep them in peak condition.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify, troubleshoot, and repair machinery issues, documenting any damaged, worn, or broken parts.
  • Facility Repairs: Handle miscellaneous building repairs, including air filters, HVAC systems, and other facility needs.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve our company goals.
  • Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring company tools are stored properly.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 3:00pm - 11:30pm
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 plus $2.00 shift premium
Requirements:
  • Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical skills (low voltage & high voltage up to 480V), with the ability to read blueprints.
  • Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in a manufacturing environment, troubleshooting and repairing industrial production and facility equipment.
  • Attributes: Self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving ability, knowledge of manufacturing sanitation practices, and the ability to communicate and handle conflict professionally.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to climb, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in high areas.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
