Job Description
- Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections and service on production machines to keep them in peak condition.
- Troubleshooting & Repairs: Identify, troubleshoot, and repair machinery issues, documenting any damaged, worn, or broken parts.
- Facility Repairs: Handle miscellaneous building repairs, including air filters, HVAC systems, and other facility needs.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve our company goals.
- Organized Workspace: Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring company tools are stored properly.
- Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical skills (low voltage & high voltage up to 480V), with the ability to read blueprints.
- Experience: Minimum of three years' experience in a manufacturing environment, troubleshooting and repairing industrial production and facility equipment.
- Attributes: Self-starter with demonstrated problem-solving ability, knowledge of manufacturing sanitation practices, and the ability to communicate and handle conflict professionally.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to climb, twist, lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and work in high areas.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
