The Quality Manager position works alongside the Director of Manufacturing and QC Technicians. The person hired will learn the entire manufacturing process to ultimately become responsible for all quality results including customer satisfaction and company scrap. This job requires a hands-on approach, the ability to multitask, and the ability to manage personnel. This would be a great fit for someone with Quality Control, ISO, and supervisory experience who wants to become an important part of a dynamic TEAM.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining Ashaway's Quality Management System - including complaints, CAPAs, SCARs
• Oversee and supervise the daily operation of the Quality Department
• Participate in audits - both internal and external
• Document control
• Works closely with the Director of Manufacturing on all areas of the manufacturing process and with all correspondence with customers
