Welcome Center Coordinators are critical to developing relationships and partnerships with parents and community members. The Welcome Center Coordinators will serve as the facilitators for the center, welcoming families and community members and connecting them with the appropriate people in the district to meet their needs. The Welcome Center Coordinators will provide visitors to the center with information on school programs and pathways and provide information and make connections to community resources and agencies. The ability to communicate in Spanish is a requirement for this role. This is a 12-month, part-time role that is grant-funded, expiring June 30, 2026. Reapplications are required on a yearly basis.

The core of the Welcome Center Coordinator role is the facilitation of the Welcome Center Resource Room.
