We are a condominium association looking for a new addition to our A team.

Prior experience in cleaning/janitorial is preferred as this is more of a fast-paced environment.

$16 - $18 hourly

• Dusting
• Mopping
• Sweeping
• Restroom Cleaning Sanitizing
• Garbage/Debris Removal
• Light Maintenance Work
• Other Tasks As Assigned By Management

• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Comfortable with working outdoors
• Full-time availability
• Can operate and use basic cleaning tools
