- Perform all requirements in Level I
- Install, maintain, and support computers and software on desktop computers
- Install, maintain, and support other hardware, software, and information services, including: Directory, mail, and file servers; Storage, imaging, and backup solutions; and custom applications
- Develop innovative documentation and instruction for staff in effective use of software and hardware
- While working collaboratively with others, make independent decisions within ASD established policies and procedures
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A or MCP Certificate preferred
- Valid Oregon Driver's license
- Three years demonstrated competence providing technical assistance
- Performance at Level 1 for at least one year
- Demonstrated capabilities of Level II
