As a Cook, you will perform small batch cooking from scratch, to serve our residents the fresh, delicious and nutritious meals that keep them thriving every day. Unlike other cooking positions in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), in this role you’ll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents and experience their gratitude for a job well-done. Additionally, late shifts are not part of this job, so you can get home and enjoy your nights!

Working as a Cook, with our Dining Services team, you will:

  • Be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, including properly preparing, serving, and storing food
  • Ensure the special dietary needs of residents are met
  • Make a significant contribution to our residents' quality of life by maintaining the highest possible quality and consistency of meals prepared and served
  • Demonstrate organizational skills around time management
  • Work in a team environment where communication is key
  • Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living

$17.35 - $18.55 /hour
*Depending on Experience
