The Ashley HomeStores Customer Service Representative is on the front line of our Guest Services Initiative, helping to make sure all of our Guests get friendly, helpful, and accurate processing of their orders. In addition, Customer Service Representatives work with our Sales Teams and Warehouse and Delivery Teams to ensure that we exceed our Guests' expectations.
