Primary Job Functions:

  • Ensure customers are receiving the highest level of service
  • Educate team on sales plans, personal sales goals, store stats and drives team to achieve them
  • Lead the charge toward selling through coaching, feedback, follow-up and recognition
  • Conduct motivating store meetings/pre-shift huddles
  • Assist sales team through customer interaction, closing sales and making good selling business decisions
  • Provide positive communication in regards to company initiatives and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance in all areas to include store operational standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years Retail Sales Management experience with a Big Box retailer
  • Proven track record of meeting financial objectives
  • Ability to execute plans and strategies
  • Ability to positively lead, mentor and drive a successful sales team
  • Proven experience in a commissioned sales environment
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
