Our Telecommunications Customer Service Member will:

• Impact sales results by developing, supporting and executing marketing techniques.
• Execute appointed customer service and sales campaigns with customer acquisitions and promotions.
• Work with various managers to determine appropriate customized customer service and sales strategies for various telecommunication clients
• Provide feedback to management to ensure upward improvement and success.
• Publicizes promotions and works with other team members to raise awareness and drive high levels of attendance and participation by a targeted audience.
• Build and retain direct relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Manage campaigns, promotions, employees and finances as development continues.
