ACRS seeks a part-time Program Specialist I (in person) in our Employment & Citizenship department who can assist Employment Supervisor in supporting the-day-to-day operation of the Employment program. Provides administrative support in processing payments, preparing for monitoring, data collection and analysis, and other duties as assigned.
***Schedule: Mon Fri, no weekend work!

  • Pay range is between $53,100 to $57,800 annually. Can increase based on experience with possible increases after 6 months from date of hire.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Assists with day-to-day administrative operations of the Program including assisting with reporting, billing, invoices, data collection, quality assurance, assurance of contract compliance and achievement of contract objectives.
  • Provides support to program supervisor in areas such as processing and tracking payments, tracking client costs, preparing quarterly reports.
  • Assists with preparation for program monitoring, including client file review, filing and document review.
  • Participates in training, program meetings, and supervision.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned by management.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent AND
  • Knowledge of human services systems and requirements, Asian/Pacific Island communities, community support systems.
  • Effective ability to navigate a personal computer. Competency in use of the Microsoft Office and other relevant software for word processing, calendaring, e-mail, and data entry. Efficiently research and perform various tasks via the internet.
  • Must have digital literacy skills and be able to use computer systems that meet MIS requirements and program needs
WORKING CONDITIONS: Regularly required to walk; use hands and fingers to feel, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls; and reach with hands and arms. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. Work is performed primarily in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
