Asian Health & Service Center is Hiring a Community Health Worker (CHWI/CHWII) Near Portland, OR

COMMUNITY HEALTH WORKER (CHW II/CHW I)

The Community Health Worker works with clients and families in applying for State Health Insurance, navigating the
healthcare system, community resources and assists clients to gain needed resources; Provides Casework, Group
work, Information and Referral to clients and support them in their native language;
Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Cantonese/ Mandarin or Vietnamese or Korean; Excellent Interpersonal and
Social Skills.

CHW II: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Community/Public Health, Health Science, or Human Services with related
field;

CHW I: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.

Pay Range: CHW II $22-$26, CHW I $19-$21;
