AsianBobaGirl is an AAPI-owned small business based in Los Angeles selling hand-poured soy candles, room sprays, and car fresheners scented like different boba flavors and Asian foods. Our goal is to share Asian culture through candles inspired by the drinks and desserts we grew up with. With each candle, we hope to bring an extra sense of nostalgia, coziness, and comfort. Our new kiosk at The Grove is an exciting opportunity to share our products with more customers.

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to work at our kiosk. You will be representing AsianBobaGirl, providing excellent customer service, handling transactions, and helping customers find the perfect candle for the holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly to each shift (very important)
• Adhere to a steady work schedule and reliably complete assigned shifts
• Greet and assist customers with product selections
• Educate customers on our products, including boba candles, room sprays, and car fresheners
• Maintain a clean and organized kiosk
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately
• Restock inventory as needed
• Provide feedback and report on sales performance
• Communicate openly with the team to ensure smooth operations
• Act with honesty and integrity in all tasks

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Commission

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
