The position:

Intend/AsiaWest Egg Donors, LLC is seeking a warm and professional person with superior oral and written communication skills to fill the position of Case Manager. The Case Manager's role is to help guide egg donors and intended parents through the complex donation process. As a case manager you will meet regularly with clients, as well as interact with legal, medical, and insurance professionals. Daily tasks include facilitating communication between intended parents and donors, serving as a point of contact for fertility clinics; insurance brokers and attorneys to ensure smooth progress; conducting match meetings between donors and intended parents; identifying and troubleshooting sensitive issues; coordinating travel arrangements; and ensuring clients feel well cared for.

About you:

The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with a diverse population with ease in person, on the phone, over zoom, and in writing. They must also have the ability to prioritize and manage several tasks on an ongoing basis. They will provide our clients with support and compassion, but also be able to maintain appropriate boundaries. Some weekend and overtime hours are required. Knowledge of IVF or egg donation is a plus but not required. Candidate must be comfortable working with LGBT staff, clients, and egg donors. Bilingual candidates, Mandarin or Cantonese speaking in particular, will be given special consideration. Bachelor's degree required.

The specifics:

We are located in the Grant Park area of NE Portland. Hours for the position are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with a one hour lunch. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package including health and dental insurance and a 401K. This is a full-time on site position.
