Job Title: Senior Process Improvement Analyst

Duration: 3 months contract (possible extension)

Location: Hybrid role in Atlanta, GA 30328

Pay rate: $44.44/hr on W2

Shift/Hours:  Will be required to come onsite for the first week for instructions and training. Onsite requirements will be on an as-needed based on project needs.

Job Description:

  • The Senior Process Improvement Analyst Procure to Pay, Enterprise Finance & Accounting Process CoE is a critical position that supports the delivery of organizational process excellence.
  • Reports directly to the Finance Process Owner Procure-to-Pay & Order-to-Cash and serves as a partner by engaging with business stakeholders within the company to anticipate business needs and drive strong decision making through implementation of process improvements/best practices, continuous improvement, metrics, and end-to-end process governance.
  • The Procure-to-Pay scope includes Invoice Processing, Payment Processing, Issue Resolution/Exception Handling, Customer Care, T&E, and Procure & Post.
  • Focus on process centralization, standardization, and optimization across policies, process, data, reporting, systems security, compliance, and financial controls. 
  • Support key strategic initiatives and will build a culture of continuous process improvement within the EF&A Procure-to-Pay functions.
  • Also help to meet company strategic goals by developing plans, driving objectives, collaborating with business stakeholders, and aligning appropriate resources.
  • The ideal candidate will have continuous process improvement, change management, project management, governance, and communication experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day activities of the P2P process excellence function.
  • Responsible for identifying best practices, efficiencies and strategic methods to optimize people, process, and technology solutions across the EF&A &P2P functions.
  • Perform analysis of existing Travel & Entertainment (T&E) & AP Activities.
  • Provide readout & reporting of T&E & Accounts Payable Spend.
  • Document analysis approach, including an end-to-end process assessment strategy, as well as tactical resource and implementation planning and delivery approach.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance and/or Accounting OR an equivalent combination of education and related work experience required.
  • 5 years of accounting or finance experience required.
  • Strong computer skills and proficient use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials and Blackline.
  • Proven ability to influence and to collaborate at the highest levels of corporate management.
  • Experience with continuous improvement and project management.
  • Experience supporting organizational change including large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced Degree and/or CPA a plus.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt and/or PMP a plus.
  • Experience within a Center of Excellence environment a plus.
  • Global experience in a multinational organization a plus.
