Job Description:

• The data entry associate is responsible for all requirements pertaining to processing and recording Medicare Advantage member return mail. This includes following CMS compliant processes, detailed research across eligibility source systems, and deaccessioning.

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly
• Critical thinking and ability to make decisions in ambiguous scenarios
• Attention to detail
• Reviewing, investigating, and resolving issues quickly
• Understand regulatory processes and guidelines related to return mail processing
• Comfortable working with multiple user interfaces and source systems at one time
• Data entry experience

Education:
High School Diploma or GED
