POSITION:
Social Media Strategist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to drive engagement, traffic, leads, customers, and revenue for our b2b and b2c clients.
• Build the clients’ content calendar and schedule for the following 1 or 2 months on a rolling basis, create the content ideas according to the strategy, and create each corresponding post.
• Post social media and blog content including but not limited to: Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, TikTok, Blog, metadata / descriptions, etc.
• Analyze social media and traffic performance data to continuously improve Key Performance Indicators and optimize strategy.
• Work with cross-functional team such as video editor, copywriter, graphic designer, sales manager, ads manager, etc.
• Attend company and client meetings on a regular basis and update the weekly agenda
REQUIREMENTS:
• 5 year experience in social media strategy managing several clients at once
• comfortable with both b2c and b2b companies
• BE DATA DRIVEN; with weekly and monthly OKRs and KPIs
• Respect each client’s brand guidelines and specificities.
• Be independent, self-driven, precise, and never make excuses on why some task wasn’t done properly
