Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of products, supplies, and equipment. · Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure accurate stock levels. · Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations. · Ensure that all warehouse staff adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. · Plan and coordinate logistics for the timely delivery and distribution of goods to various departments and event areas. · Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and safety. · Collaborate with other departments to forecast demand and ensure adequate stock levels for events. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. · Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety audits. · Oversee the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and facilities. · Track expenditures and provide regular financial reports to senior management. Qualifications: · Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: · Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in an event or entertainment setting. · Proven experience in managing warehouse staff and operations. Skills: · Strong organizational and multitasking skills. · Excellent leadership and team management abilities. · Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite. · Strong communication and negotiation skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations. Physical Requirements: · Ability to lift and move heavy objects. · Capacity to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required by event schedules.
