Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of events, from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure services are delivered within budget and agreed-upon terms.
- Ensure smooth operations, including scheduling rehearsals, performances, and technical elements.
- Collaborate with Entertainment Marketing Manager to develop strategies reaching target audiences through various channels while ensuring oversight within your scope.
- Manage budgets, collaborating with event departments, conversion, stagehands, designers, and professionals to stay within budget guidelines.
- Evaluate event success based on factors like ticket sales, attendance, and customer satisfaction.
- May negotiate as directed by the Assistant General Manager to produce contracts with talent, production companies, and industry professionals to secure performers for events.
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED certificate; a bachelor’s degree in entertainment, communications, or business is advantageous.
- Training & Experience: On-the-job training, including learning policies, procedures, and relevant technology.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with clients, entertainers, and staff.
- Technical: Proficiency in relevant equipment and technology.
- Leadership: Motivate teams to work collaboratively toward common goals.
- Problem-solving: Anticipate and address potential issues during event planning.
- Business: Strong financial management, marketing, and strategic planning skills.
