ASM Global is Hiring a Guest Services Coordinator Near Tucson, AZ
- Assist with pre-event briefing.
- Assist in the direction of the Guest Services Staff.
- Scheduling of Guest Services staff for event coverage (Call offs as needed).
- Assist with developing and facilitating team member client-based and new hire training programs.
- Assist with creating, editing, and updating departmental manuals and materials.
- Address questions/concerns and handle performance issues when necessary.
- Assist in monitoring and responding to emails.
- Serve as ADA Facilitator during events.
- All other duties as assigned

Education And Experience
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar facility
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with various methods of training
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Goal orientated, team player
- Easily adapts to change
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
