ASM is looking for a detailed oriented project manager focused individual with a technical background. Knowledge of SAP and PLM is a plus.

• The position is a customer specific Change Control Manager (CCM).

• The person will manage the Customer Change Notice (CCN) / Equipment Change Control (ECC) process for a key Copy Exact customer

This person will be required to:

• Review incoming CCN from the different ASM KPUs.

• Will determine if CCN is applicable to the customer

• Will review CCN for completeness, if incomplete, will escalate back to CCN owner/Global Product Manager to ensure CCN is completed to meet customer requirements

• Will ensure commercials and spares impacts for CCN is available and will provide to the appropriate account manager to align with the customer

• Will convert CCN to customer specific ECC format

• Will upload ECC to customer ECC system and align the ECC, with the help of the account team, with the customer.

• Track ECC/CCN to closure

• The CCM role also manages Engineering Spec Waivers (ESWs) to ensure account team is aware of and approves prior to shipment.

• Manage KPIs on CCN quality and timeline

• Look for opportunities to improve and streamline the process based on KPIs and workflows with cross-functional teams.

• This person may also be tasked to support the account team on small projects.
