Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring exceptional service and a memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties:
- Greet and check-in guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Assist guests with reservations, check-outs, and payment processing
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Utilize hotel management systems for reservations and guest information
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Knowledge of hotel operations, phone systems, and guest services
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
