Responsibilities:

• Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to educate clients about insurance options.
• Generate leads, arrange appointments, identify client requirements, and promote suitable products and services.
• Uphold a strong work ethic, demonstrating unwavering integrity and dedication to success daily.
• Collaborate closely within a team environment, actively participating in regular meetings and ongoing joint endeavors.

Requirements:
We are seeking candidates eager to enhance their skills and share the significance of insurance and financial products in assisting individuals in managing everyday risks and realizing their dreams.

• Property & Casualty License (must obtain)
• Life & Health License (must obtain)
• Preferred track record of achieving sales targets
• Sales experience is advantageous

Compensation: $40,000-$55,000 Per Year
Our compensation structure encompasses a blend of salary and commission, reflecting the potential for high earnings within our thriving market.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM 5:30 PM, based in Austin, TX
