All Apartment Maintenance Positions Available Including:
HVAC Maintenance Techs

• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills
• HVAC experience and EPA certification
• All facets of apartment repair and maintenance
• Availability for rotation of on-call emergency maintenance

Maintenance Supervisor

• 5 years maintenance experience with a property 500 units (property management/housing experience is preferred)
• 3 years in a supervisory role
• EPA licensure
• Hands on experience with HVAC systems
• Manage daily operations and maintenance at your property including assigning and completing work orders, completing routine maintenance and repairs
• Lead and work alongside your team, delegate tasks, provide coaching where needed, Apartment make readies and turns
