Responsibilities
- Keep our community sparkling clean by sweeping, cleaning, and removing trash and litter from various areas such as grounds, parking lots, pool areas, and common spaces
- Take pride in maintaining apartment units, ensuring they're in top-notch condition for our residents
- Dive into apartment turns and upkeep projects with enthusiasm, making each space a welcoming home
- Be a jack-of-all-trades, ready to tackle painting and necessary repairs wherever needed throughout the property
- Bring your A-game to our team environment, showcasing your strong work ethic and willingness to collaborate.
- Show proficiency in handling and maintaining tools and equipment safely, from hand tools to electric equipment and everything in between
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Hourly rate starting at $16/hr pending on experience
