LHH is partnering with an organization in Dallas, TX as they source for an HR Business Partner. This role serves as a strategic partner to business multiple units, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters to support organizational goals and enhance overall performance and collaborating with leadership to align HR strategies. This role is 100% on-site, my client offers a great salary benefit package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by providing insights on workforce planning and recruitment strategies.
• Oversee employee development initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Address complex employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Assist in managing organizational change and transformation initiatives.
• Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations for improving HR processes and employee outcomes.
• Prepare and present reports on HR initiatives and performance to leadership.
• Facilitate leadership development and coaching sessions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a senior HR role with a strong understanding of business operations.
• Demonstrated ability to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational change.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
