This is a full-time on-site role as a Store Manager at Aspire Home in Kennebunk, ME. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. This includes managing the sales staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, implementing and maintaining store policies and procedures, and handling retail loss prevention measures. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing the store's financial performance. Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in store management
  • Knowledge of retail loss prevention strategies
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
