Description

Position Summary

You will play a key role in supporting the efficient functioning of day-to-day operations within the organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure smooth coordination of tasks, resources, and processes. Your responsibilities will include project management, schedule coordination, special events, and communication. You will work with internal stakeholders to help achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives. You should be intellectually curious, enjoy solving unique business challenges and prepared to:

  • Collaborate with senior business leaders and stakeholders to drive initiatives designed to improve operations.
  • Support managers in coordinating project activities, tracking milestones, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Provide administrative support to key stakeholders, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing communications.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and track activities, milestones, and manage schedules to ensure efficiency.
  • Manage day-to-day initiative-specific tasks and developments.
  • Manage the integration of cross-functional requirements.
  • Present at leadership meetings and other forums.
  • On occasion, travel to ASSA ABLOY sites, customer locations, and perform other work-related travel.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience working within complex organizations
  • Experience coordinating projects, special events, and initiatives
  • Experience working in cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel to create documents and presentations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to navigate through competing priorities
  • Strong analytical skills.
