What You Will Be DoingIn this role, you will be responsible for partnering with our contract hardware distribution channel. We are looking for a sales professional capable of relationship and technical solution selling who can negotiate and close profitable sales revenue for the product lines represented by Door Security Solutions. You can expect to be part of a fun, hardworking team with colleagues dedicated to mutual success.
Key areas you will contribute to in the role include:
- Develop and maintain relationships in all areas of the distributor’s organization
- Actively solicit, follow-up, and negotiate all quote opportunities
- Manage distributor buying programs
- Actively promote distributor promotions and programs to secure discretionary sales revenue
- Work closely with distributors to ensure that they quote ASSA ABLOY specifications
- Conduct regularly scheduled distributor business reviews
- Plan, coordinate, & conduct distributor product/solution training sessions
- Coordinate the resolution of product & field service issues
- Manage brand shelf space at distributor accounts
