Corporate Trainer
Ameristar Perimeter Security USA, an ASSA ABLOY branded company, is looking for a Corporate Trainer. This position is responsible for developing, coordinating, and conducting training initiatives for Business Segment Perimeter Security.
What you will be doing:
Creation of dynamic PowerPoint presentations
Creation and updating of AIA presentations
Creation and updating of Product & Process Presentations for Sales Team
Conducting presentations that engage, inform, and empower the customer
Lead plant tours and adhering to safety protocols
Conducting new hire orientation, onboarding, employee training & customer training
Coordinate, document & communicate customer visit logistics i.e., transportation, hotel, meals
Maintain SharePoint site with relevant up-to-date content and presentations to support Sales
Plan, coordinate, and participate in tradeshows
Keep current and maintain training areas
The skills and experience you need:
Bachelors degree and/or 2 years in sales, marketing or training
Experience with public speaking or speaking in large groups
Effective communication skills both written & verbal
Experience guiding individuals through the learning process
Complete understanding of BSPS product offerings
Previous experience in organizing and coordinating events
Microsoft Office suite of products
Must have a clean driving record
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Strong multi-tasking, organizational and time management skills
