The Treasury Services Clerk will be an integral part of the Treasury team. This position is responsible for handling a variety of responsibilities including processing tickets for funding requests from management and clients. This role will also assist with various other administrative tasks including processing payables in the Yardi database, collecting monthly statements, distributing daily return notices, shipping bank supplies, filing, and other tasks as needed.

Essential Duties:

• Assist with monitoring the ticketing system to process requests for account transfers and wire requests
• Scanning and reviewing checks for testing new bank accounts
• Process payables for critical monthly payments in Yardi Voyager database
• Send bank NSF return notices via email to management and accounting for processing daily
• Researching bank transactions for problem resolution as needed
• Save monthly debt service statements from multiple lender sites
• Ship bank supplies as needed
• Filing as needed

Education, Knowledge, Skills

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail
• Comfortable working with numbers
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills providing for effective communication with employees, peers, clients and supervisors.
• Excellent interpersonal skills (building team, influencing culture, informing employees, consulting with managers and employees)
• Computer software experience to include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
• Ability to maintain a positive presence in the workplace

Work Environment/Requirements:

Work in a normal office setting with hybrid schedule working partial in office/ partial remote with no exposure to adverse environmental conditions. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, and walking are occasionally required. Talking, hearing, and seeing with close visual acuity are frequently required. Keying data is repetitive motion and is frequently required.
