Job Summary
As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in assisting individuals with daily activities and providing essential support in their homes. Your responsibilities will include senior care, medication reminders, and ensuring the well-being and cleanliness of our clients. Hours are Saturdays and Sundays 7-10am and 3-5. This is a split shift. If you can not work these hours, please do not apply. Client prefers 50 years old workers and up. Dependability is a must as she lives alone and requires service twice daily.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with activities of daily living such as bed bathing, dressing, incontinence care and grooming
- Medication reminders as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report any changes to your supervisor
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary requirements are met
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for client. Client has small dog.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to individuals under your care. Client lives alone.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to protect patient confidentiality
- Perform light housekeeping tasks and run errands as needed, laundry and changes bed sheets daily.

Experience
- Prior experience in senior care or assisted living is preferred
- Knowledge of elder, bed bound care principles is a plus
- Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility challenges. Client has hoyer lift.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate approach to patient care
