Maintains schedule of all home health services
Assists with preparation of nursing call schedule.
Receives updated orders from physicians.
Takes and prepares intake referrals, and prepares clinical notes for interventions rendered.
Verifies Medicare/Insurance benefits.

Who you are:
LVN or MA is preferred, not required with experience.
