We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Aide's to join our team. You will play a vital role in providing personalized care to patients in their homes, promoting independence, and improving their overall quality of life.

Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Bringing positive energy into each home you serve.
• Engagement in meaningful activities of mind and body.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living ADLS (Personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, toileting, etc.).
• Light housekeeping, such as laundry, dusting, sweeping
• Meals: Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding (If needed)
• medication reminders.

• Have a valid SSN
• Have a valid DL or ID
• Have reliable transportation/ vehicle with auto insurance
• Be an active member on the Health Care Worker Registry
