Improve the quality of life for a disabled adult in our community in need of Supported Living Services to help with…

Assisting with Personal Care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
Ambulation and Transfer Assistance (wheelchair)
Help around the house (light housekeeping, meal prep, laundry)
Supervision and Companionship
Transportation scheduling &/or assistance

You are available for Weekday AND Weekend shifts
You have reliable Transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and Insurance
Experienced providing FULL SUPPORT for All Daily Living activities

Requirements for employment:

18 years of age or older
High School Diploma or equivalent
Eligible to work in U.S.
Available to work holidays
Registered with The Home Care Aid Registery*
CPR/First Aid Certification*
Negative TB Test*
Orientation & Training*
