• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Active Florida Level II Background
• CPR Certified 
• Active Florida CNA license or HHA certificate from an accredited facility
• HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's, and Assisting With Self-Administration of Medication Training Certificates
• Minimum 1-year experience as a caregiver in a facility or with an agency

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance, including transferring and positioning clients
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed
• Perform light housekeeping duties, as needed
• Escort clients to appointments and errands, as needed
• Document care provided and communicate any changes in the client's condition to the nurse supervisor
