Associa is Hiring a Porter / Maintenance Technician Near Annapolis, MD
Job DescriptionFull time Porter / Maintenance Technician opening at Heritage Harbour.
Work hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 3pm.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Punch in, Check calendar for today’s setups. Print setups.
- Check front walk. Blow leaves/debris, Check for ice patches. Empty ashtray. Seasonal duties.
- Check restrooms / locker rooms for any thing out of the normal and supplies.
- Dust mop activities room and Auditorium.
- Clean tables and organize chairs.
- Vacuum carpeted areas, trash and recycling removal from all rooms.
- Change light bulbs and report when ballast are out.
- Pressure washing pool and outdoor areas and indoor locker rooms.
- Setup for resident events, stacking chairs, setting tables and ping pong tables.
- Following room setup forms and complete setups on time.
- Watching inventory and checking stock of cleaning supplies.
- General cleaning in bathrooms and mopping areas as needed.
- Cleaning and restocking woodshop cleaning supplies.
- Keeping maintenance room clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- 2 years of related porter / maintenance experience.
- Customer service driven, team oriented.
- Professional customer service skills.
- Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).
- Self-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.
- Time management and time critical prioritization skills.
