Here are few examples of the kinds of things you’ll do :

Provide benefit event education to former participants, those in the Personal Retirement Account or those approaching a benefit event.

This will include the retention of assets and offering additional product solutions to our customers.

Educate and assist existing and perspective customers who are interested in engaging on their individual investment and risk-based needs.

• Assist in uncovering current or potential retail customer needs
• Perform other job-related duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Active Series 7 and 66 or 63 / 65
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 2 years’ experience, preferably in the financial services industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish trust and rapport easily with customers over the phone.
• Proficiency with computer desktop technology and digital communication mediums.
• Detailed knowledge and expertise involving retail investments products as well as employer sponsored retirement plans.
