We are seeking a professional to drive contractor member recruitment within our chapter. This role focuses on achieving growth goals, managing budgets, and utilizing CRM tools to enhance membership expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit contractor members through in-person meetings and industry events.

• Develop pre/post-event sales plans and follow up systematically with potential members.

• Lead new member orientations, ensuring value delivery and promoting chapter engagement.

• Oversee accurate membership reporting, metrics, and budget management.

• Collaborate with leadership and the Membership Committee to enhance member services.

• Attend training and networking events to promote ABC and industry services.

Qualifications:

• Experience in membership recruitment or sales.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel.
• CRM proficiency; construction industry knowledge is a plus.
