This Role Requires
- 5 years Marketing experience with demonstrated pattern of growth
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, PR, Journalism, or related field
- 3 years leadership experience overseeing processes and/or people
- Command of data-driven Marketing strategy and proficiency in translating your vision effectively to gain buy-in from leaders and peers
- Collaborative mindset and passion for building relationships, bridging gaps, and bringing people together
- Proactive attitude, strong sense of self-motivation and drive to improve, challenge the status quo, and get results
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn the industry and understand technology to synthetize complex concepts and communicate effectively with clients, prospects, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Analytical, iterative approach to Marketing
- Proven track-record of juggling many different projects and priorities
- Strong writing and content creation skills
- Comprehensive social media experience with emphasis on LinkedIn
- Hands-on experience with data-driven email marketing
- Proficiency in running cross-platform digital campaigns
- Baseline knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Ads
- Marketing for the technology or IT world
- Web content management
- B2B Marketing
- Collaborating effectively with an in-house sales team
- Interviewing and case studies
- Managing vendors
- Art direction and/or graphic design
- Own Marketing strategy and oversee the entirety of ACS’ marketing efforts
- Close collaboration with Sales team to understand their needs and support client penetration and acquisition
- Implement a comprehensive marketing plan to meet ACS business goals and drive brand awareness
- Develop, coordinate, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
- With the help of outside agency, oversee SEO/SEM and display advertising
- Support all functions of the organization with branding, writing, copy editing, presentations, and event support as needed
- Be a leader and positive advocate within the organization, actively participating in cross-department committees and eagerly getting involved in projects that may fall outside the scope of traditional marketing
- Produce quality content relevant to the ACS audience including social media posts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), blog articles, client and prospect emails, and web content
- Track, measure, and analyze all marketing efforts to ensure campaigns are successful, efficient, and cost-effective
- Ensure the ACS website is actively optimized and an effective reflection of the current offering
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including ACS leaders and colleagues, industry partners, and vendors
- Write and disperse occasional crisis communications to clients
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure resources are allocated effectively
