Overview
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our office of 2 employees for a small Glass Subcontracting Business- The open position is Accounts Receivable. The ideal candidate will have some background in invoicing and collections. some financial software applications.
Duties
- Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, processing payments, and following up on overdue accounts
- Utilize accounting software such as Quickbooks and other financial tools
- Collaborate with Management and Estimators to ensure accurate and timely billing
- Assist with Audits and some HR responsibilities.
Requirements
- Prior experience in accounts receivable or related field
- Knowledge of 10 key typing and excel.
