Essential Job Functions:
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Escort residents to/from various places.
• Assist with activities and engage with residents.
• Assist nurses, nursing assistants, and care team.
• Document relevant information regarding the residents’ activities.
• Therapeutic assistance as needed.
• Others as deemed necessary and appropriate, or as may be directed by the Director of Nursing or Administrator.
Qualifications:
• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year experience working in a Behavioral Health/Long Term Care setting preferred.
• C.N.A certification preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
Pay - $17/hr
