We are looking for a personable, reliable, tech-savvy, organized Medical receptionist/assistant to perform various office and clinical tasks within our podiatry practice. They would work directly with our patients and office staff. This is a full time position on Monday-Friday and two Saturday mornings per month. Details will be further discussed.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and update patient records
• Clean and prepare examination rooms
• Maintain inventory of supplies
• Clean and maintain instruments
• Maintain a clean and organized office environment
• Assist front desk staff with answering phone calls, checking in patients and checking out patients as needed
• Verifying financial records and collecting patient charges while filing and expediting third-party claims
• Assist with ensuring that doctors stay on schedule

Prior experience is preferred but not a must. Must have excellent verbal communication skills and must have willingness to learn. Knowledge of podiatric X-Rays a plus but not a must. Compensation based on experience.
