【Responsibilities】
- Communicate with property owners to meet objectives.
- Conducting property tours and screening tenants as needed.
- Communicate/Coordinate Tenant on-boarding and move-outs
- Respond to tenant inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate property inspections, maintenance and repairs
- Prepare Rental Agreements and Owner Contracts
- Perform other duties as assigned.
【Experience】
- Previous residential property management experience required. (one year minimum)
- Familiarity with property maintenance practices.
- Understanding of property management processes and contract management.
【Qualities/Requirements】
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized
- Solution-oriented
- Hawaii Real Estate license
- Vehicle

【職務内容】
- 不動産オーナーとのコミュニケーション
- 必要に応じて物件見学や入居者のスクリーニング
- テナントの入居・退去の連絡・調整
- テナントからの問い合わせや要望に迅速かつプロフェッショナルに対応
- 物件の点検、メンテナンス、修理の調整
- 賃貸契約書とオーナー契約書の作成
- その他指示された業務
【経験】
- 住宅物件管理の経験 (最低1年以上）
- プロパティマネジメントのプロセスや契約管理の理解
【必須条件】
- コミュニケーション能力の高い方
- 問題解決能力
- ハワイ州不動産免許
- 車
