This role involves handling all aspects of shipping and receiving materials, supplies and equipment ensuring the production floor stays efficient and well-stocked.

Summary of the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator position :

• Location : ag facilities and potentially customer sites
• Schedule : Monday-Friday
• Pay : $20 / hour (after rollover $23 / hour)

Responsibilities of the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator :

• Prepare domestic and international shipments including packing and labeling.
• Verify shipment documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Receive incoming materials, inspect for damage and process documentation.
• Utilize picklists to manage inventory and fulfill work orders.
• Operate saws to cut materials and assist in assembly tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and utilize computer systems for record-keeping.

Requirements for the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator position :

• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic construction tools.
• Previous experience in shipping / receiving and forklift operation preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP and proficiency with measuring equipment (tape measure, calipers, Micrometers) advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• US Citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required.

Physical / Mental Requirements for the Shipping & Receiving Coordinator position :

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible to maneuver in various work environments and perform physical tasks.
• Capacity to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands.
