• Compensation : $20-25 / hour DOE

Job Summary :

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee a team of hourly associates ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of productivity, safety and quality.

Your role will involve coaching, training and motivating the team to achieve their best performance. You'll play a critical part in maintaining compliance with customer, company and regulatory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates in daily tasks including shipping, receiving, and picking items for shipment.
• Foster a positive team environment through coaching, training, and performance evaluations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in productivity, safety, quality and customer service.
• Maintain a well-organized warehouse to maximize efficiency adjusting operations as needed.
• Communicate effectively with peers, associates, management and customers addressing operational and employee relations issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Utilize warehouse management systems and other software applications effectively.
• Act as a point of contact for operational issues and support other managerial duties as required.
• Uphold sanitation standards and promote a clean work environment.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements :

• 1-3 years of leadership experience OR 3-5 years of warehouse supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities.
• Quality and safety-driven mindset with experience in distribution, warehousing or manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; familiarity with warehouse management systems preferred.
