Administrative Association with experience working with Community Associations.
Job Type: Full-time
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
· Work closely with Community Manager, Board Members, and Committee Members to ensure all business is being handled in a timely manner.
· Assists with regular and special board meetings and member meetings
· Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and assist with resident inquiries.
· Ensure homeowner compliance with governing documents and rules & regulations. Enforce violations as needed.
· Update records as required
· Maintain all association records in an organized manner
· Respond to residents’ questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
· Perform other related duties as assigned
· Assist in the supervision of onsite administrative staff and maintenance staff in a professional manner.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· Strong sense of customer service
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong computer skills (Microsoft office)
