Job Summary 

AEE is seeking to fill two full-time Program Manager roles. 

Accreditation Program Manager

The Accreditation Program Manager, will be responsible for project management to develop and launch new accredited residential certification programs and manage five additional accredited certification programs, including annual accreditation assessments, certification scheme maintenance, examination updates and board/committee coordination. This position will be responsible for working with AEE global network to expand recognition of AEE Certification programs and contribute to strategic plans and initiatives for AEE certification programs. 

Learning and Development Program Manager

The Learning and Development Program Manager will the primary point of contact for managing the Global Program Pipeline by performing various training program delivery tasks – including administrative, coordination, monitoring, maintenance and improvement efforts to ensure US and International Team alignment, and training delivery readiness for all AEE Globalized Training Programs. 

Responsibilities for Accreditation Program Manager role:

• Select, manage and convene subject matter experts 
• Develop certification exams (multiple choice and computer simulation) 
• Manage simulation content developer 
• Communicate and Coordinate with partners 
• Lead annual surveillance assessments 
• Manages and maintain the policies and procedures and supporting documents
• Communicate with key staff, boards and committees 
• Manage annual exam maintenance and work with psychometrician to confirm exam performance
• Other special projects on an as-needed basis 

Responsibilities for Learning and Development Program Manager role:

• Manage multiple Global Training Programs 
• Manage schedule for updating current program content 
• Manage content development for new and updating training programs 
• Manage and maintain version structure for all Globalized Training Programs 
• Manage Content Developer agreements 
• Ensure all material is properly formatted in IP / SI units appropriately 

Required Skills & Qualifications (Either role)

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field 
• Three to five years of comparable program management experience 
• Proficient project management skills
• Knowledge in the MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint 
• Self-starter with the ability to collaborate in a team environment 
• Excellent work ethic, organizational, and communication skills 
• Detail oriented, self-directed, and able to effectively complete tasks with minimal supervision 
• Flexible and able to multitask, switch priorities as needed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment 
• Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure 
• Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with colleagues and customers 

• Accreditation Program Manager Role Preferred Qualifications: 
• 17024 or equivalent accreditation experience
• Personnel certification management and maintenance experience 
• Residential energy efficiency or energy auditing experience 
• Experience working with and managing volunteers and subject matter experts 

• Learning and Development Program Manager Role Preferred Qualifications: 
• LMS (Learning Management System) experience 
• Experience with international collaboration
